Information Technology (IT) services vary from Institute to Institute. Some TAFE Institutes have IT centres that provide access to computers, printing services, the Internet, email and IT publications.
IT help desks offer support for questions about computer accounts, desktop applications, email, network connections and hardware failures. The basic facilities offered include access to low-cost laser printers, laptop computers, overhead projectors, audio-visual equipment, CD-ROM and multimedia databases, video cameras, and CD and cassette players.
